Your Mission: Taking Orders, Delivering Deliciousness & Good Vibes!
As a Server at The Hungry Tarpon, you're more than just someone who takes orders. You're a vital part of our guests' Keys adventure! You'll guide them through our wide variety of menu options (including the best seafood in the Keys!), recommend our signature cocktails (like the famous loaded Trailer Trash Bloody Mary!), and ensure every meal is a memorable moment for the entire family. You'll bring your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make every guest happy.

What You'll Be Doing:

Guest Greeter & Guide: Warmly welcome guests, seat them comfortably, and introduce them to our exciting menu.
Order Ace: Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering menu questions.
Service Star: Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and beautifully to the correct tables, checking in to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and happy diners.
Problem Solver: Handle any guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Keys Ambassador: Share your local knowledge and enthusiasm for the unique "Keys Life" that makes Robbie's so special.
Light Table Maintenance: While bussers primarily handle cleaning, you'll ensure your tables remain presentable during service and assist with light tidying as needed to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

Hospitality Heart: Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant or casual dining setting is a big plus!
People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.
Multi-tasking Master: You can juggle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Detail Detective: Strong attention to detail ensures orders are accurate and service is top-notch.
Team Player: You love working as part of a crew and supporting your colleagues.
Positive Powerhouse: You bring a great attitude and enthusiasm to every shift.
Flexibility: Willingness to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays (that's when we shine!).
Islamorada Local (or Future Local!): You must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Islamorada, FL, or within a 30-minute radius.
